Ragnarok LATAM inundated with bot accounts, failing logins, alleged legal threats

Seems the problems are continuing for Ragnarok LATAM as many players have took to Reddit to express their annoyance at seeing so many bots roaming around the server without a care in the world while real-life players have allegedly been banned for their criticism, and in one case, it was alleged that those reviewing the server would face legal action by staff related to the Ragnarok LATAM server.
One user with the generic Reddit username Impressive-Hunt-3144 posted a video in a dungeon in which many bot characters followed the same path as eachother, roaming around Geffen Dungeon, attacking the same mobs and vying for the same items as they appeared on the ground. Much of the commentary that previously was of cautious optimism among players seems to now have been converted into disbelief, particularly since several videos have been posted to Reddit, Kick and on the server's discord show pretty large numbers of bots at work in various dungeons, with some players attempting to hinder them and others actively helping.
This all seems to have come to a head when on 14/06, the server was shut down, with GM Femto stating they would be investigating the cause actively, stating the server would be down for 3 hours initially, but extending this downtime to 5 hours and then 7 hours and then to 9. During this time the service's site was flooded with posts by users saying they were unable to connect to the server and more posts followed by the staff as they were attempting to discover the root cause of the issue and then eventually had claimed they had fixed it -- the total time occurring between 6am and 3pm GMT.
Although staff had claimed to resolve the issue, clearly some users were upset and had been banned inadvertently, but to be fair to RO LATAM, when dealing with a widespread problem in a short period of time, it's very difficult to not accidentally ban people, particularly when you have a large problem and a short period of time in which to resolve it.
In conclusion, this is probably why, as well, the staff of LATAM may have said some things they may regret, such as users facing legal action. On that very subject, this author believes strongly that the users should focus their attentions on getting rid of JoyCoins while they now have the motivation and momentum.
