'''ROPP's policy on recruitment''' is that we should begin to recruit people through posts done tastefully, with full permission, and with complete transparency around the public ragnarok and private server ragnarok community. === Aim === The aim for this is pretty simple -- to expand the wiki and to bring more of a community together. We want to move people away from Wikia-based solutions and start to aim for ROPP to become like our friends at SEGARetro. We also have goals we are trying to accomplish which are better served with a larger community. === Execution === The method of accomplishing this is several-fold: * The creation of '''10 staff positions''' as '''community game lead''' -- one lead for each Ragnarok Online Game. ** Staff positions come with moderation position in the Discord and access to the wiki. * Postings to several community areas, such as rAthena, Hercules, Ragnarok Reddit and RateMyServer to ask for volunteers. * Establishment of links with existing communities, such as RateMyServer, Ai4Rei, and others. === Mediations === * Staff members won't be given bureaucrat status until they've began to contribute somewhat, to prevent abuse of positions. * Bunny must be given unconditional love by all new staff or else they will need to post memes in compensation.
