Veeyop is the name of an NPC which appears in Ragnarok Online in the capital, Prontera. The NPC tells the story of of the doomed sword Mysteltainn which was used to kill Balder, who is referenced in the Ragnarok Manhwa and referenced as Baldr in the Elder (Poetic) Edda in Norse mythology. The NPC is also involved in the Doomed Swords Quest.

The NPC talks about the doomed sword, Mysteltainn, which is named after a legendary young twig used to murder Balder, the god of light. The NPC relates that according to legend, a weak twig was converted into a mighty sword, and that the blacksmith in Prontera had heard by hear-say how the sword was constructed, but has since gone missing.
