Welcome to the RO Wiki!
Who are we?
Welcome to the Ragnarök Wiki (RO Wiki) a wiki dedicated to preserving knowledge and history around the Gravity Interactive game series Ragnarök. The Ragnarok Online Preservation Project is a democratically-run project which runs the Ragnarok.wiki page. We're a non-profit, volunteer-run organisation dedicated to preserving Ragnarok content.
This wiki currently contains 53 articles and counting, created by lovely people like you!
What do we do?
We investigate Ragnarok Online-related Myths, researching long-lost information about Ragnarok Online. expand content for players of the various Ragnarok-related games so they have a good place to reference information about the game.
We are some of the most knowledgeable people around on Ragnarok and we're providing a central place for RO fans of all backgrounds and languages to come to, and participate on.
But we go beyond that -- we are preserving the history of this franchise. Lots of it was being lost to time due to decaying pages and now-defunct gaming websites closing, and we think that's a shame!
We want to write the history of Ragnarok Online Server Emulators, Private Servers, and client modifications which were done in the public domain. Why? Because a lot of people spent a lot of time working on these things for one reason alone -- because they wanted something cool to exist!
